Yacari is based in Quebec city, Canada, & we are happy to be shipping worldwide!

SHIPPING TIME:

We care so much about the planet that we decided to not keep any stock for our first hand products. For us, it is a part of the slow living we want to create. 

It's simple: You make your order and we produce it.  For this scenario, we garantie a time of production of 2 weeks, but it sure can be less. As soon as you make your order, we'll be in touch with you to let you know the approximate time of production.

If you only order second hands items, we will ship on the next two business day.

SHIPPING FEES:

- Canada: 10$

- United States: 15$

- International: 45$

We recommend that you order as much products as you want, in order to really take advantage of the shipping fees.

DUTIES & TAXES:

Taxes: TPS & TVQ are charge on Canadian orders.

Orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Second hand orders are final. (no returns or exchanges)

There is no returns or exchanges on sales and promotions.
